Local Bylaws welcomes Nico Suarez on bass and Brian Colli on drums! These two are punk rock veterans, and also play together in The Kegels, a killer SF punk band. With Tyler Cull moving from strictly drums to lead guitar, and Ginger and Alex still holding down the vox and rhythm guitar, we are happy to be moving forward with this new sound and SO many new songs! Oh, and, good, good vibes.
